Biography

Tommi Laitio is the executive director of culture and leisure for the city of Helsinki. Previously a journalist, community activist and most recently the director of youth affairs for Helsinki, Tommi is now responsible for cultural affairs, libraries, sports and youth services. For the last two years he has led the construction of a new model for citizen engagement in Helsinki.
