Richard Kokeš worked for different ministries in the Czech Republic, mainly in the area of European structural funds for five years. During that time, he was lucky to travel around Europe studying different organisations and frameworks, listening to great public administration thinkers. He founded social impact focused company Gov Lab, which aims to bring citizens' perspectives into the world of public services in the Czech Republic. He currently works on areas of public sector from frontline level to regulator level on areas like strategy, systems change management and public sector service Innovation.
