Luke Feeney is serving in his second term as Mayor of Chillicothe after being re-elected in November of 2019. Luke previously served as the Chillicothe City Auditor from until assuming the Office of the Mayor on January 1, 2016.
As Mayor, Luke has worked to increase the quality of services delivered to the people of Chillicothe. During his first term the City reopened two shuttered fire stations, increased police and fire department staffing, and combined police and fire dispatching for better efficiency. He is focused on improving the quality of life for people across the entire city; those initiatives include a citywide recycling program, the city’s first dog park and bike lanes, and he is especially proud of the sidewalk infrastructure that has been installed in critical places throughout the city over the past six years.
