J. Puckett is a Senior Partner and Managing Director in the Dallas office of The Boston Consulting Group. He is the leader of BCG's Organisation Practice in the Americas and is a member of the Americas Leadership Team. He also leads BCG's global Education Practice. He has significant experiences working with large organisations on issues of strategy, transformation and organizational alignment.
