Biography

Francisco received his architecture degree from the Catholic University of Chile and an MSc in Urban Development Planning from University College London. In La Fábrica, Francisco leads initiatives to transform the urban environment. He hopes to assist Renca in becoming an exemplary model of urban regeneration through public-private collaboration, working with communities, NGOs, and academia.
