Biography
Chelsea Lei is a civic researcher, designer and coach who inspires imaginative inquiries and empowers ambitious initiatives for institutional regeneration and personal transformation. She formerly served as management auditor at the King County Auditor’s Office and authored five case studies at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Chelsea holds a B.A. from Harvard University and M.A. from Stanford University.
