Agnes Audier

Biography

Since joining BCG in 2007, Agnès has worked extensively with a wide range of public sector clients and government-owned companies, and she is the head of BCG’s government work for the Paris office. Her experience includes implementing productivity improvements for French Social Security, working on organisational issues for the French Health Ministry, and creating efficiency programs for the French Labor Ministry. She has also worked with the French Ministry of Education on several efforts to improve educational effectiveness such as dropout policies and programs.
