“Deliverology” arose from the need to generate better results faster, and to increase the level of satisfaction that citizens received from government services. But how is this approach evolving? Are there other priorities that ensure a greater public impact? This one day event, organised in partnership with and hosted by The World Bank Group, explored these challenges with delivery leaders from around the world.
