Paul co-ordinates the Sustainable Development Goal 2 (SDG2) Advocacy Hub and leads the Chefs Manifesto network. The SDG2 Advocacy hub unites the Private Sector, UN agencies, NGOs and Civil Society together, Paul strives to strengthen efforts towards seeing an end to world hunger by 2030. Working strategically alongside actors from all aspects of the food, agriculture and nutrition industries, Paul seeks to generate change that will impact our food system and planet. Paul led the establishment of the Chefs Manifesto with a broad consultative chef led process. This is now grown into a global network of Chefs focused on the SDGs through 8 thematic areas.
