Global Delivery Leaders’ Conference
Partnering for Learning
We put our vision for government into practice through learning partner projects that align with our values and help reimagine government so that it works for everyone.
How can governments improve the delivery and impact of their public services? Greater use of data, performance management, the evolving role of Delivery Units and much more were discussed during this three-day event.
This three-day event saw 35 government leaders from around the world gather in London to learn, exchange ideas and inspire each other to strengthen the delivery of public services. The event included a keynote address from Martin O’Malley, the former governor of Maryland and mayor of Baltimore, who explained how he uses data to drive policy decisions. Attendees included delegates from every continent as well as senior officials from the IMF, OECD, World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank. The event also marked the formation of the Global Delivery Leaders’ Network which will be under the Centre’s stewardship going forward.
