Biography
Stefan Fothe is Director at Ownity and former Head of Learning and Development at BCG in Australia. He has a PhD in adult learning and over a decade of experience working with senior executives and designing & facilitating leadership retreats. Stefan also has extensive public sector experience, having worked with Commonwealth BETA, NSW DoE and VIC DPC.
