Shaheen is a Programme Manager at CPI (Global), joining the organisation with a decade’s worth of international development experience in the field of policy implementation and delivery and government capacity building.
Prior to joining CPI, Shaheen worked with the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change in their Africa advisory practice. Working across 16 sub-saharan African governments, she advised project teams on issues relating to public policy, technology and innovation, including the introduction of design thinking for policy making as a new service offering to partner governments. She began her career at the UN working in the Middle East. She is a Governor at a local London primary school and has passion for ensuring curriculum development is focused on skills needed for the 21st century.
