Seema Bansal leads Boston Consulting Group’s Social Impact practice in India as well as in Asia Pacific. She is also a leading member of the Public Sector practice.
Seema has nearly 20 years of experience in strategy advisory as well as large scale transformation. She has worked extensively in social systems with central and several state governments, including programs in education – primary, secondary, and early childhood, food distribution, and health. Seema has also worked in agriculture and employment, rural energy access, skill-building and governance reforms within government agencies.
Seema has delivered a TED Talk on Transforming Govt. school systems and a TEDx Gateway talk on school reorganisation in India. She speaks and writes regularly on topics of development.
Seema received a BE in Electronics and Electrical communication from PEC, Chandigarh, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
