Sam Watson
Program Manager, North America
Biography
Sam is a Program Manager in CPI’s North America office. Her professional background lies in non-profit program/project management, issue advocacy, direct services, and working to disrupt systems of oppression. Prior to joining CPI, Sam practiced case management, spearheaded a statewide LGBTQ anti-domestic violence program in North Carolina, paused her career to intentionally care for her child full-time, and later worked as a program manager to strategically grow an initiative that centers equity and access for moms and women of color.
Sam holds a Master of Social Work degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA in Sociology with a minor in Spanish from Siena College.
