Paul 't Hart is professor of public administration at Utrecht University, and in addition holds executive education positions at the Netherlands School of Public Administration in The Hague and the Australia New Zealand School of Government in Melbourne. He has studied public institutions, public policy and people with public power for 35 years, and on that basis has written extensively about topics such as policy failure and policy success, political and public service leadership, crisis management. Paul has wide experience in advising government elites and entities in a number of capacities.
