Biography

Mathilde is a Senior Associate at CPI Europe with experience in international development and community engagement.

As a keen civil society activist, she has contributed to community development around the world e.g. in Iran, Uganda, and Morocco. Her commitment to generate social impact through place-based knowledge corresponds to CPI’s role as a learning partner. She strives to ensure humble listening and context-sensitivity in the cocreation of sustainable impact. Before joining CPI, Mathilde worked with refugee and human rights policy research at Amnesty International in Denmark. As part of her MPA, she undertook a placement with UNDP, drawing insights from systems transformation in urban environments.

Mathilde holds a BA in Human, Social, and Political Sciences from University of Cambridge, and a MPA from UCL’s Institute of Innovation and Public Purpose.
