Francesca is a Senior Associate in CPI Europe, with a background in economics and international development and a strong interest in social innovation and public policy. She is currently working on how digital innovation for social impact is designed, funded, and implemented.

Before joining CPIE, she worked as a Policy Analyst at the OECD Development Centre, gaining knowledge on private philanthropy's role in international development. She also has experience working in the microfinance sector in emerging markets.

Francesca holds a Double Master's Degree in International Public Management and International Development from Bocconi University and Sciences Po Paris and a BA in Economics and Management from Bocconi University. She lived across 4 countries between Europe, North America, and South America: she loves learning new languages and is inspired by cultural (and culinary!) diversity.
