As a social entrepreneur and urban development specialist, Constanza is exploring new ways to solve pressing social challenges in cities. She co-founded C Minds, an impact innovation agency that designs strategies for social and economic development through cross-sector collaborations and the use of exponential technology, and is behind a number of other initiatives aimed at created more open, sustainable and inclusive cities. She was recognised as a Global Shaper by the World Economic Forum, named Climate Champion by the British Council and was selected for the British Government's International Leadership Programme.
