Global Senior Associate, People & Culture
Carla Williams is a Global Senior Associate, People & Culture at the Centre for Public Impact. She has over six years of experience collaborating with and supporting marginalized populations across diverse settings. These include women positive for HIV/AIDS, Latinx communities, children, and those diagnosed with severe mental illnesses. Specifically, her work has centered around addressing inequities through mental health, non-profits, and education.
Carla holds a masters degree in International Disaster Psychology from the University of Denver and bachelors degrees in Political Science and Psychology from Virginia Wesleyan University.
