Alejandra Montoya is a Senior Associate supporting the Legitimacy portfolio at CPI. She started at CPI as a Student Associate, where she helped launch the inaugural Earned Legitimacy Learning Cohort program and spearheaded the EL Impact report. She also led impact evaluation for the program.
Alejandra graduated with a BA in Political Science and Social and Economic Justice from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Alejandra is passionate about socio-economic, racial, and gender equity, which motivates her to advocate for youth and community resident involvement in CPI’s programs.
