Biography
Harriet is Interim Regional Co-Director for CPI Europe. She has over 20 years’ experience of working in a wide range of roles within the public sector, all with the common thread of facilitating and leading organisational and system change. In particular she has expertise in leadership development, facilitation in complexity, one to one coaching and creating learning environments. She co-leads the strategy for CPI in Scotland ensuring this remains responsive to local needs. She is excellent at building relationships, networks and collaborations and has expertise in supporting people to understand more about themselves, their purpose and what is needed for them and their work to flourish.
