Biography
Tim Arnold de Almeida is a Principal in the public sector practice of The Boston Consulting Group in Germany and Austria. He is based in the Cologne office of BCG and focuses on people and organisation topics. Before joining BCG in 2015, Tim held leadership positions at Bertelsmann, ProSiebenSat.1, Vodafone and the state government of North Rhine-Westphalia in Germany. He is a graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), the Harvard Kennedy School (HKS) and the Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA).
