Jessica Kahlenberg works for the City of Chelsea, MA, where she serves as the Innovation and Strategy Advisor to the City Manager.
She focuses on understanding how governments can best implement new technology, use data to drive decisions, and be more innovative and collaborative.
In the past, she’s worked as a researcher and data analyst on issues of women and public policy, access to health and education services, and social entrepreneurship both in the U.S. and abroad.
She holds an MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a BA in History and Sociology from the College of William & Mary.
