Biography

Asti is the Transit Director with the City of Chillicothe. Prior to joining the City of Chillicothe, she spent several years working in the public and non-profit sectors in Southern Ohio. Asti holds a bachelor’s degree in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University and a master’s in public administration from Ohio University.
