Biography
Angela works in the Innovation for Citizen Services Division of the Interamerican Development Bank, where she focuses on topics related to digital government, governance and modernization of the state. Prior to joining the IDB, she worked on innovation in local governments through Harvard’s Ash Center for Democratic Governance and as an advisor at the Macroeconomic Policy Department of the Ministry of Finance of Colombia. She holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a master’s degree in Economics from Universidad de Los Andes in Colombia.
