Thamy Pogrebinschi, Senior Researcher, WZB Berlin Social Science Center, and Gereon Rahnfeld, Project Manager, Liquid Democracy e.V were the two keynote speaker at this event in Berlin hosted by Polis180 and supported by the Centre for Public Impact. We examined whether digitisation can make policy more transparent, or create opportunities to more easily participate in the political process.
