Senior ministers and officials, together with senior civil service reform experts, gathered at Oxford University’s Blavatnik School of Government to discuss and debate the challenges and opportunities facing their services.
The conference presented opportunites for individual country representatives to explore how others have managed the broad challenges inherent in civil service reform, as well as ‘deep-dives’ into specific areas of performance.
CPI’s Adrian Brown participated in this conference and spoke on a panel that focused on future challenges for public sector administrations around the world.
