Assistant Commissioner - Design, Australian Taxation Office

Joining the ATO in August 2019, Misha is currently leading an altitude shift to the purpose, vision and role of ATO’s design capability. She is driving a shift towards a transdisciplinary approach that integrates systems-thinking, design and behavioural insights, in order to more effectively support the ATO and government in understanding and responding to complex challenges. This includes thinking more holistically about the tax and superannuation system within Australia in order to consider opportunities to lift willing participation and overall system health using behavioural and other interventions.
